Who Will You Be?

I wrote this about a month ago and thought I should post. Even though he is here now most of these questions remain unanswered but the feelings burn stronger then ever.

Evan-

I was thinking about you on the way to work today. As I caught a glimpse of you in my mind's eye, I began to wonder:

Who will you be?
Who will you look like?
What will your strengths and gifts be?
What will your passions and personality be?
Will you be like your dad, your mom, your uncle, or your grandpa?
Will you like sports or math or both or neither?
What dreams will burn inside your soul waiting to be unleashed?

Evan, I don't know the answer to any of these questions, but I do know that whoever you are I will love you with all my heart. I will give all of me to help you become the man that God has created you to be. I love you so much it hurts and I cannot wait to meet you, to know you, to pour my love upon you.

You will never know what a gift and treasure you are.
