One of the things that has struck me the most is how much I love Evan.
Every other person in my life that I love from my praents, to my friends, even Andrea, took time to grow that love. It was a process of learning and of continuing to choose to love.
But not with Evan.
It seems that on Thursday when he was born my heart exploded with this new overwhelming love. I could no sooner stop breathing then I could stop loving him.
He has completely melted my heart in a new amazing way. I feel like the Grinch at the end of the story when it says 'his heart grew 3 sizes that day' and then breaks out of the little measuring box. It is amazing to be so overwhelmed by someone so small and new :)
I love you so so much Evan.
