John and Amy in LA for the National Negotiation Competition.
It was so AWESOME to hang out with family for a long weekend.

John, his negotiation partner, and coach preping before their first negotiations. Mark, Amy, and I were hiding inside Starbucks unnoticed by the three.

Mark, Amy, and I were able to sit in and watch the Negotiations, this picture was taken before all the action started. Judges sat in the four chairs closest, John and his partner sat on the left side of the far table.

Mark was trying to get John to hold still for the picture, he was being difficult.

After two long days of prep and negotiations they made it to the semi-finals.

For those of you who have no idea what negotiation is...look it up in the dictionary. ;o)
Just kidding...John is in Law School so think Lawyer...Negotiation between two parties....come to an agreement so you don't have to go to court. That's negotiation.
